Your happiness matters to us. Every can of Solstice is crafted with care — but if your order arrives damaged, isn’t what you expected, or just doesn’t feel like your vibe, reach out within 30 days and we’ll help fix it fast.

📦 Returns & Refunds Made Easy

Contact us at info@glowithsolstice.com with your name, order number, and a quick note about what’s going on.

-We’ll walk you through the next steps — no long forms or complicated hoops.

-If we made a mistake or your package was damaged, we’ll cover return shipping.

-If you simply changed your mind, no worries — you can still send it back (you’ll just handle the return shipping).

🔄 Exchanges

Want a different flavor or had an issue with your order? Let us know! We’ll replace damaged or incorrect items for free — and if you’d rather try something new, we’ll help you get that set up too.

💫 A Few Quick Notes

-Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

-Products need to be unopened and in their original packaging (since Solstice is a consumable).

-Items marked “Final Sale” can’t be returned or refunded.

-Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once we receive your return.
